PURE FILTER are lightweight carbon filters, using Australian virgin granular activated RC 412 carbon providing a maximized air flow. Used to prevent odors from escaping your growing-area.
The RC 412 is a high quality virgin activated carbon, formed by steam activation under high temperatures, under reducing conditions. It has a moderate to high level of iodine with a large contact area and (generally speaking) a low content of water-soluble ash.
The carbon grain size is strictly controlled. Each filter is sold with 2 pre-filters included in the package.

*Attention!Remember to select the filter in accordance to the inline-fan.
As a general rule, you should provide for a full replacement of the air about every 5 minutes, or 12 times an hour ( 5 minutes x 12 = 1 hour). You can calculate the air flow in m³ / h to be taken by the fan - filter for your space, as follows :
- Multiply the length of your room by the width.
- Then multiply by the height of your room.
- The result is the air capacity in your room in cubic meters.
- Finally, multiply by 12 to see how many cubic meters per hour should the fan and filter you use have to be able to manage.
As an Example: Suppose a room is 4m long, 4m wide and 2.5m high. That is 4x4x2,5 = 40m³ (cubic meters). If we need to change the air every 5 minutes, we multiply the result by 12 to see how many cubic meters our ventilation needs to draw per hour. That is, for 40 cubic meters of space we need ventilation with a power of at least 480m³ / h.
