Withdrawal / Return - Product Replacement

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement:

a) in all cases in which with proven fault of aeroponic.gr were sold incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport)
b) in all cases in which there was a problem / actual defect in the product (operation or quality) which is covered by the product guarantee and if the guarantee has been given by aeroponic.gr. This provision does not cover products covered by third party warranties such as the manufacturer of the product or his dealer.

In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt.
In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced-repaired must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

For all the above cases the products for replacement- repair must be in the received condition by the customer, complete and without damages and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and in excellent condition, along with all documents which accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. etc.). Before any return, it is recommended to consult and communicate with the store.

In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
1. Communicate with the Online Store the same day or the next working day.
2. The product has not been used or its packaging has not been opened.
3. The product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.).

The customer may deliver, with the above terms, the product either to our physical store or send it to us at his own expenses of return / transfer costs.

In case they are not returned within ten (10) calendar days then the store has the right to deny any return and replacement.

We inform you that we do not accept returns in open products packages , such us liquid or solid nutrients, soil or other substrates,  batteries, lamps, plants, as well as any product that has been modified/washed/used. Delivery, assembly and other services fees are not refundable.
