Payment with debit or credit card:

Our online website aeroponic.gr accepts all credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill out the order form and the number and expiration date of your credit card. In case you choose to pay by credit card you must be present at the receipt of your order with your credit card and your ID. In this case it is not allowed to receive the order other person.

Pick up and Pay on the store:

Order from our website and pick & pay from our store the day and time that has been arranged.

Please send us the payment proof by email on sales@aeroponic.gr,or call us on 210-5909800. When we confirm the bank deposit we will send you the order.

Upon receiving confirmation of the bank payment order, we ship your order.

Orders whose payment is made through deposits in the same bank (buyer - customer) are executed immediately.
Otherwise, when the deposit is made from one bank to another SHA costs
are charged exclusively to the buyer while the execution of the order takes place upon completion of the bank transaction.

We would also like to clarify that deposits from foreign Banks will not be accepted.

You can buy and pay in monthly installments through your credit card program.

In case you wish to issue an invoice, please note that the use of cash on delivery as a payment method is not supported.

Prices differences between store and website:

Prices of aeroponic.gr may have differences with the prices in our store. In any case we make efforts to indicate accurately all the data and prices we have in our website, we don’t exclude the possibility of typographical or technical errors in prices and products. For this reason, we recommend you in the cases of Web offers, before each payment and the completion of your order to contact for confirmation of the price with 210 5909800 or through email form of the website.

COST OF TRANSPORTATION BY COURIER

The minimum shipping costs for all of Greece is 4€ for packages up to 2kg.

Exceptionally, the minimum shipping costs for the Attica basin are €5 for parcels up to 15 kg.

Each additional kg is charged with 0,5€ for Athens and 1€ for province.

For orders over 100.00€, shipping within the Attica basin is free with a deposit of the amount. (Substrates not included)

The cost of cash on delivery is additional 1,5€. All prices are charged with VAT 24%.

SHIPPING COST BY TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES

The above prices refer to shipments at the headquarters of the transport companies - to the respective destination.

Otherwise the delivery is made after consultation and possible increased costs.

For orders over 150.00, shipping in the province is free with a deposit of the amount. (Substrates not included)

For heavier than 30kg contact us.

For the delivery of parcels by transport, a discount of the order by deposit or credit card is required when possible.

Order Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has late shipment and delivery from our supplier:

In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers, either domestic or international. However, there are cases where an order can be "stuck" at the customs,so we do not have it in our warehouses when we estimate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.

The product you ordered has already been removed and is no longer available:

Among the products we provide in our online shop there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unexpectedly announces that removes them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.

Force majeure:

In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, this may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
